Sarf Guards Limited (“Sarf Guards”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who contacts us, visits this website or is protected by our services. Enquiries. When you use our contact or careers forms, or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, location and the details of your enquiry.
Recruitment. For job applicants we process the CV, references, identification and vetting information you provide, and the results of background and criminal-record checks.
Operations. In delivering security services we may process visitor logs, access-control records, incident reports and CCTV footage on behalf of, and under the instructions of, our clients.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide quotations and services.
To assess job applications and carry out lawful pre-employment vetting.
To meet our contractual, legal and regulatory obligations, including those of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Federal Ministry of Interior.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary: with our clients in relation to the sites they engage us to protect, with vetting and background-check providers, with professional advisers, and with law enforcement or regulators where we are required to do so by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and contractual requirements, and to resolve disputes. Operational records such as incident reports and CCTV are retained in line with client contracts and applicable law.
