John is a human resources consultant and generalist with over 38 years of HR and top management experience across the United Kingdom and Nigeria, spanning banking, shipping and maritime, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, HR consulting and IT solutions, and security.

He is a graduate of Personnel Management from Middlesex University, UK, and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from South Bank University Business School, London. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK and a Full Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

John co-established Sarf Guards Limited in November 2012 and served as its pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed Sole Administrator of Bariga LCDA in 2016 and line manager to all Sole Administrators in Lagos State. The Board unanimously appointed him Executive Chairman in September 2017.

Brigadier General Enitan Alfred Ransome-Kuti is a retired senior officer of the Nigerian Army Armoured Corps with over three decades of distinguished service, from 1983 to 2017. He trained at the Nigerian Defence Academy as a member of the 34 Regular Course and was commissioned in 1986.

He holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies and completed the National Defence College Course, Command and Staff College Course 18, and specialist armour and tank command courses. He served in admin, training and command roles, including as Commander of the Multinational Joint Taskforce.

His honours include the Distinguished Service Star, Meritorious Service Star, Forces Service Star, Pass Staff Course (Dagger), Command Medal, Fellow Defence College, and the United Nations Mission in Liberia Medal.

Lt. Col. Johnson Awoniyi is a retired military officer with twenty-eight years of service across training, instruction, logistics and command in various formations of the Nigerian Army.

He holds a Master's in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Lagos State University and security management and operations certificates from the University of Lagos, where he is currently taking a specialist course in industrial and corporate security. He is a member of the Institute of Security of Nigeria.

Following his retirement in December 2008 he served as Western Operations Manager at Highdef Control before co-founding Sarf Guards Limited in 2012 as pioneer Executive Director, Operations and Human Resources. He leads operational strategy, training programmes, logistics and manpower planning for the company and its corporate clients nationwide.

Ore is an industrialist, philanthropist and entrepreneur with a demonstrable track record across the United Kingdom and Nigeria over the last two decades, and has served in several private and voluntary organisations in the UK.

He established Feofist International Limited and was its pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, with business interests spanning hospitality and tourism, transport and shipping, and commodity trading into the UK, European and Caribbean markets.

He joined the Board of Sarf Guards Limited in May 2014, bringing international commercial experience and goodwill to support the company and its management.

Augustine Sylvester is a mechanical engineer and an information technology, electronic and security network specialist. He graduated in mechanical engineering from South Bank University, London.

He began his career as a Field Support Engineer with Dell Corporations Plc and built over 16 years of IT and security network experience with multinationals including Diageo Plc, Fujitsu Corporation, Rail Track Plc and Unilever UK. He is a Cisco Certified Designer and Support Engineer, a Microsoft and Novell professional, and holds a Level 2 City and Guilds Certificate in Electronic Security and Emergency Fire Detection Systems and in Closed Circuit Television Systems.

He joined the Board in August 2013 and leads the company's IT network, electronic security and emergency systems capability.

Prince Olaseni Kosoko is a Chartered Architect with over three decades of experience in the consultancy and construction industry. He is a graduate of the Lagos State College of Science and Technology, now Lagos State Polytechnic, and holds a post-graduate diploma in Management and an MBA from Ambrose Alli University.

Kosoko had acquired a wealth of experience in the Consultancy and Construction Industry as Chartered Architect for over two decades for consulting firms. He had worked for Comprehensive Design Associates, International Consulting Architects, Benson Partnership before joining the service of the Lagos State Ministry of Works where he functioned as part of Design Team in the Government and played active supervisory roles in the design and construction of public building before joining Sarf Guards Limited as a Director.

Kosoko enjoys cycling, travelling and reading. He is a member of the Lagos Country Club and is married with children.
